About Us
Glam Nation was created by a husband and wife as we took our 1-year-old baby girl to get her ears pierced for the first time. As we arrived at Claire's, full of excitement and anxiety about how our girl would handle the experience, the next big question was: What earrings would we choose? We wanted high-quality earrings that wouldn’t irritate her freshly pierced ears.
When it came time to choose from the already limited options, we found ourselves having to spend over $100 on a basic pair of earrings. That’s when we thought, “There has to be more affordable options out there”—but there really weren’t.
That’s when Glam Nation was born. We wanted to create a brand that moms and parents can trust to provide high-quality, cute earrings for their little girls—while offering matching options for the moms too. We aimed to create a moment for moms and daughters to connect, find joy, and share something special in their lives. We wanted fun, cute options that would let moms and daughters cuddle on the couch, shop together, and discover their new favorites!

Returns + Exchanges + Refunds
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to hygienic health and safety concerns, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start A Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@glamnationco.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns / Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Glam Nation has a final sale policy for sanitary hygienic reasons. Once a pair is worn we cannot sell that pair to another customer. If you experience problems with your earrings or irritation in any way, please contact us and once the reason is reviewed we will refund your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@glamnationco.com.
