Shipping + Return Policy
All earring orders are shipped via USPS within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends). Please note that USPS may take up to 72 hours to scan your package after drop-off.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified—even if you contact us right after. Please double-check that all details, including your address and any discount codes, are correct before submitting your order.
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging for hygienic safety reasons. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, please email us at hello@glamnationco.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all worn earrings are final sale. We cannot accept returns on used items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale. If you experience irritation or another issue, please email us—we’ll review your situation and offer a refund if appropriate.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may need extra time to process the refund.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to hygienic health and safety concerns, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@glamnationco.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns / Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Glam Nation has a final sale policy for sanitary hygienic reasons. Once a pair is worn we cannot sell that pair to another customer. If you experience problems with your earrings or irritation in any way, please contact us and once the reason is reviewed we will refund your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@glamnationco.com.
